Usually one of the most fun parts of the process, but it can also be frustrating.

5.) Making an offer and Earnest Money

Once you’ve found the home you’d like to buy, it’s time to make an offer!

6.) Negotiations and Option Money

Once you have submitted your offer, what will the Seller choose to do?

7.) Option Period and Inspections

Once you are under contract, we have to make sure the house is in the same shape we believe it is, so we need to inspect it.

8.) The Appraisal and getting ready to close

One more major hurdle, the appraisal.
