That is one reason I see buyers looking beyond Austin into Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Blanco, Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Boerne, and other parts of the Texas Hill Country. A luxury home in Austin may offer convenience, but buyers outside the city can often gain more privacy, larger lots, fewer neighbors, and more room to adapt the property over time.
